  • Ochota personálu v reštaurácii.

  • Hotel je u frekventovanej komunikácii, pokoj bez klimatizácie, takže pri otvorenom okne hluk-pokoj.č.7. V rámci pobytu s wellnessom, ktorý bol na inom hotelu,potreba sa dopraviť 4km do iného hotelu v Liberci- na recepcii nedokázali poradiť ako sa dopraviť do města,na masáž-,jedine taxi..Masáže v sobotu při otvorenom okne-hluk z venku od stavebných praci.Večera - 4 chodové menu -ťažké jedlo na noc, nevhodné...jedl,príloha... poliate nejakou hnedou nechutnou omáčkou.

  • V hotelu jsme spali pouze jednu noc,zdálo se nám vše v pořádku.

  • vstřícnost personálu, je to vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi, přistýlka v podobě dětské postýlky není problém... jídlo dobré, obsluha vzorná. U hotelu je i vlastní malé hrišťátko pro děti, parkování zdarma v rámci ubytování....

  • bydleli jsme v přízemí hotelu, kde pod naším oknem mají zaměstnanci své venkovní zázemí a večer bylo vše slyšet, o čem si povídají. Byli docela hlasití, vadil nám kouř z cigaret, který při otevřeném okně pronikal na pokoj (bylo horko). JInak není co vytknout.
